Uber car drivers now target the north loop. It amazes me on how the north loop has swiftly developed over the years. With the addition of 15 brand new apartment rental buildings from ground up, some include amazing refurbished industrial space with historic values and sets of rules. Some with over 300 units, renters spend upwards of $2.50 a sq ft looking to be involved in this community and what it has to offer. Friends get together and hop from one bar to the next. CRP Certificate of Rent Paid Form Minnesota 2014
If you're an owner of a property in Minnesota and you have rented it out in 2014 then you must provide a Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) form to each person who rented from you during the previous year unless the property is tax-exempt.
Roommates: The owner, landlord or property manager is required to provide each renter living in the unit a separate CRP form showing that each roommate paid an equal portion of the rent, regardless of the portion actually paid or whose names are on the lease agreement.

It's been ten years now that I've lived in Minnesota, and I've never seen this much snow. And the cold? It's never been this cold! Warm weather can't come any faster than the fastest fast ball thrown by new Twin's recruit Phil Hughes. Speaking of the Twins...when will Spring be here?! I guess we have our good days and bad days but for me, this winter has been a real nightmare, one of the worst in a long time.
My point? It's hard enough living in this snowmageddon, freakish . . .
